Primitive reflexes are automatic movement patterns that babies have for survival and development, like turning the head causing the body to move in certain ways.

One reflex linked to ADHD is the Symmetric Tonic Neck Reflex (STNR). In babies, this reflex helps develop coordination between the upper and lower body for crawling and standing. But if it stays active beyond infancy, it can disrupt posture, attention, and coordination.

Active primitive reflexes keep the nervous system in a constant state of stress, leading to symptoms like restlessness, impulsivity, poor time management, and emotional overwhelm.

The Inner Freedom Healing Program teaches you how to identify which reflexes are still active and how to integrate them using specific exercises and energy healing techniques, helping you feel calmer and more focused.
