The Moro reflex is an automatic response infants have when startled or overwhelmed - it causes the head to arch back, arms to fling out, and a cry for help.

In people with trauma, this reflex and others such as the fear paralysis reflex can be turned on again, keeping the mind-body in a constant state of hyper-alertness and stress.

It triggers reactions like muscle tension, racing heart, high cortisol levels, and feeling unable to relax.

The Inner Freedom Healing Program shows you how turn off or integrate this reflex using gentle exercises, and energy practices to get the trauma out of your system. Once this reflex is turned off, your will feel safer, more grounded, and less reactive.
