No, you don’t need large blocks of time each day. Much of the healing work fits into your daily routine - like practicing healing while walking, doing simple exercises between tasks, or using stress release techniques whenever stress arises.

Weekly lessons and exercises are designed to be manageable, even for busy people. Chinese healing emphasises gentle, consistent practice rather than intense effort. Even spending 15–30 minutes a day can create meaningful progress over time.
